Seniors ages 55 and better are invited to join us for a special wellness experience on Thursday, April 9, 2026, held in person at Victory in Christ Christian Center. This free event is designed to encourage and equip you to take an active role in your health and well-being.

Led by Dr. Dorothea Atkins, President and CEO of HolosTouch LLC, this fun and interactive session will teach simple self-massage techniques to help ease joint and muscle discomfort while increasing your understanding of how your body works. Participants will also receive helpful instructional handouts and leave feeling more informed, empowered, and equipped to care for their bodies.
