G1 Youth Ministry Directors

The dynamic God First (G1) Youth Ministry is purposed with ministering to today’s generation of young people between 6th and 12th grade.  It is a blessing to have Victory Partners in this ministry who love young people and aim to understand the issues they experience.  G1 Youth Ministry seeks to teach young people the Word of God in hopes they will apply it to their lives and share with their peers.  There is nothing more rewarding for partners in this ministry than seeing G1 youth gain understanding of God and implement the Word in their lives.  Partners engage youth through conversations, small groups, and fun active fellowships.  Many partners who teach in this ministry find themselves learning a great deal as well from other G1 staff and the youth!  If you love young people and having fun through ministry, G1 would be a great place for you to serve!

VICCC_G1_Social Media_Bible Study_Virtual & In-Person_2022

G-1 offers one of the best Youth Ministry experiences for all of you in 6th-12th grades.  Join us every Wednesday night @ 7pm if you:

  • Are in 6th grade and have moved out of Children’s ministry
  • Have never connected with G-1 youth ministry or are just looking for a Youth Min. experience
  • Have been connected to G-1 youth ministry in the past and are ready to jump back in!

We not only teach the bible in a way that youth can apply it... we also empower youth to have their voices heard so they can relate to it.  We don't want you to miss it! To get the latest bible study information and zoom links complete the Youth Bible Study Access Request form.

Soundtrack

What are you listening to? Who are you listening to? These are questions we are targeting in 2023 and the theme is called SOUNDTRACK!!! What’s around us has so much influence and our gates are always open, let’s learn how to close it off to the wrong things.

Let’s put the right soundtrack on so we can walk right. 6th - 12 graders meet us Wednesday nights at 7pm via zoom and in-person Bible study at VICCC every 4th Wednesday.

G1 EXTREME NIGHT 

Extreme Night is an opportunity for youth to hang out, meet other youth, and HAVE FUN!  Registration is required for all events, so make sure you are on our emailing list and following us on instagram @g1youthministry and facebook @g1viccc to stay connected and informed.

Decemeber Sunday Christmas Dinner & A Movie

Sunday Dinner Christmas & A Movie Edition. December 10, 2023 from 5pm-7pm will be a holiday Sunday Dinner.

Come dressed in Christmas apparel and bring a $10 wrapped gift for the gift exchange. Sunday Dinner is a high school only event. Location details are revealed with your registration. RSVP by 12.3.2023.
